1. What this site provides

The site is a public map of software and automation projects run by Tuncay ASMA. It also includes “Ateş ve Alarm,” a fictional, browser-based debate assembled from prepared dialogue. The debate does not call a live model or API. Linked products may have their own terms and privacy notices.

2. Informational use and AI disclaimer

Content is provided for general informational, demonstration and creative purposes. AI-related or prepared fictional outputs are not professional, legal, medical, financial, investment or other advice, and should not be treated as factual recommendations. Verify information independently before acting on it.

You may browse and use the public features for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that impairs availability, or misrepresent site content as an endorsement or professional opinion.

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s design, text, code presentation, branding and original creative content belong to Tuncay ASMA. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal use of them. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use beyond applicable legal exceptions requires prior permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites, projects, email and WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, availability, data handling and terms. A link does not guarantee or endorse everything on the destination.

Features and these terms may change as the project evolves. Material revisions will be reflected by changing the date above. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply from that point.
